1,775 travel enquiries at £5.12 each.
A UK travel concierge selling trips that are researched slowly and booked in conversation. Over the twelve months to July 2026 the account produced 1,321 completed enquiry forms and 454 calls placed straight from the ads, on £9,097 of spend. Both are real contact events, which is the only reason they are added together.

01 The numbers
Cheap clicks are only half the job.
Travel search is high volume and low cost per click, which sounds like an easy account and is not. Cheap traffic is abundant and mostly worthless: dreamers, price checkers, people six months from booking anything. The work is filtering, not buying.
The account took 57,168 clicks to produce those 1,775 enquiries. Volume was never the constraint. Relevance was.
02 What we did
What we did
Filtered hard, then filtered again. In a category this cheap to enter, the negative keyword list is the strategy. Every pound saved on a browser is a pound available for someone with a date in mind.
Treated the call as a first-class conversion. People planning an expensive, complicated trip want to talk to someone. Calls placed from the ads are counted properly and bid for properly, rather than being left as an untracked side effect.
Built around the seasonal calendar. Demand in this account arrives in waves tied to school holidays, events and weather. Budgets are sequenced to meet those waves rather than spread flat across a year that does not behave flatly.
Judged on enquiries, not traffic. It would be easy to report 57,000 clicks and call it a success. The account is managed against the 1,775 conversations they produced.
Plenty of clicks, not enough enquiries?
The free audit will show you what your traffic is actually made of, and where the budget is going to people who were never going to book. Walked through with you, live on a call or as a recorded video.
