05 Scope, honestly
We will not bolt a chatbot onto your site for the sake of it. If a task needs judgement, care or accountability, a person keeps it and the AI does the legwork around them. Anything that touches personal data is designed around UK GDPR from the first conversation.
06 Fair questions
Builds start from £750 + VAT, quoted as a fixed price after a short call, so you know the cost before any work begins. Ongoing support is optional, from £150 a month + VAT.
It depends on the scope. A single automation is quicker than an assistant trained on hundreds of documents. You get the timeline in writing with the quote, before anything starts.
Your documents and data are used only for your system. Access sits behind sign-in, and anything that touches personal data is designed around UK GDPR from the first call. If a task is too sensitive to hand to AI at all, we will tell you.
